The resultant choreographic style was deeply analyzed in the Company's 15th Anniversary catalogue by researcher and dance critic Helena Katz who stated:
"Regina Miranda's dance style reveals her exploration of other art disciplines such as literature, music, theatre and architecture. But, it is specifically in the visual arts field that she has found a partner for her most frequent flights of discovery. Possessing a voice of modernity, she practices dislocations as someone announcing a way of being.
At first glance it might seem that everything is held solely in the crossover with drama. But this is not so. The dramatic part is like water with which she softens and amalgamates her elements. It means that, through drama, Regina Miranda creates a new space. It is not surprising that the company is named "actors and dancers".
An aesthetic eye that sees beyond the movement, she returns it, permanently encrusted in space - maybe a mark of her Laban Movement education. Because the space is like a wire in which she laces the gesture, all seems to be organized like that, drenched with and in it.
In this way, Regina celebrates the harmony among the different art forms: by expanding the space for each of them. The literature, for example, is not limited to the traditional literary inspiration. The texts are captured by the corporeality revealed in the spaces between words. An aspiration of materializing that guides her acquisition of other art forms, and flavors her way of dealing with dance, resulting in her own peculiar style" - Helena Katz 1995.
